Sr. PM/Estimator

The Sr. PM will Successfully bid and manage demolition projects from bid submission to project closeouts. The Sr. PM position is a very important role at TTD! The Sr, PM is salaried position with profit sharing after employer obligation is met. The position offers benefits, company vehicle, vacation, and  private office space. Twin Town is looking for candidates that have many years experience and longstanding relation ships in the industry. Twin Town is willing to discuss ESOP opportunities for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• 5 plus years experience in the industry.
• proficient in Bluebeam.
• proficient with AIA billings and closeout doc’s.
• understands structural drawings and details
